Terms of Service — Tic_Time

By using Tic_Time (“the Bot”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Operator

The Bot is owned, operated, and provided by SIN STUDIO OÜ (Registry code: 17472430, Estonia; “we”, “us”, “our”).

Service

The Bot provides event planning in Telegram: you create personal plans and group events, collect RSVPs, and receive reminders in a private chat. Google Calendar is optional. Features and plan limits may change. Free, Personal, and Team limits are described in the Bot (/premium, /status) and the public wiki.

Google Calendar

If you link Google Calendar, the Bot may create, update, and delete events on the calendar you choose, and may list your calendars to pick a destination and to warn you about overlapping times. You can unlink Google at any time with /disconnect. Use of Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy and follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use.

Accounts & responsibility

You must use a Telegram account you control. You are solely responsible for events, comments, and messages created through or dispatched by the Bot in any private or shared chats.

Paid plans & payments

Paid features and upgrades are provided by SIN STUDIO OÜ. Payments are processed as digital goods via Telegram Stars and, when enabled, third-party card providers (e.g. Paddle / Lemon Squeezy). Prices are shown in the Bot before purchase. Subscription and one-time purchases are final and non-refundable after activation, subject to applicable law and Telegram’s Stars refund rules. We may grant tester or complimentary access at our discretion. We do not store credit card numbers.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, spam, scrape, or circumvent Bot limits or rate limits
• Use the Bot for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities
• Violate other members’ privacy in shared Telegram chats

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Bot is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. SIN STUDIO OÜ is not liable for missed reminders, failed calendar sync, lost events, or third-party outages (including Telegram, Cloudflare, or Google APIs). Keep critical commitments backed up elsewhere if needed.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Bot after changes means you accept the new Terms.
