Private chat — Guide

In a private chat with the bot you plan personal meetings, keep a shared list of what’s ahead, set reminders, tune the time zone and language, and — if you want — send events to Google Calendar.

How to create a plan

Three ways that do the same thing:

the ➕ Plan button under the DM;
a normal message, as you’d write to a friend;
the command /plan … with the same text after it.

Group events are a different command: /event / “➕ Event” — see Groups.

Times follow the chat time zone (/tz — type a city, e.g. Tallinn or Moscow).

Before anything is saved you always get a confirm card: check the date and time, edit the draft if needed, then confirm. That stops bad parses from landing on your calendar.

How to write plans

My plans

The 📋 My plans button (or /list) shows upcoming events from every chat where you use the bot. A warning mark means two items overlap in time — fix the clash early.

On Free you see about the next 30 days. On Personal, /horizon 90 (up to 365) looks further ahead. Cancel by list number: /cancel 6 or /cancel 6-8.

Reminders and morning summary

By default the bot messages you privately about 48 hours and 12 hours before an event (/reminders 48 12, or /reminders 24 for one ping a day ahead). /mute turns personal reminders off without deleting events.

/digest — morning or weekly summary of what’s coming. Example: /digest daily on, /digest weekly on, /digest hour 9. Empty days stay quiet. Custom rules on paid plans: /digest add.

Google Calendar from private chat

Link once with /connect (browser approval). Then confirmed plans can appear on your calendar. /gcal — which calendar for which chat; /gcolor — favorite event color for every chat; /gsync — pause copying for one chat; /disconnect — unlink Google and delete stored tokens.
