How to write — Guide

Same text as the in-bot button ✍️ How to write plans?. The bot reads normal text. In DM just write it, or use /plan …. In a group use /event …, @bot, or a compact line. Times use the chat timezone (/tz).

If you omit the date

The bot assumes today.

• 1908 / 1500 — same as day.month and hour:minute without dots
• 19-21 — from 19:00 to 21:00
• 9 + 8 — starts 9:00, lasts 8 hours
• 04.09 Fear Factory — calendar date (default evening), not “04:09 on the clock”

Compact group line

Order: date, org, title, place, optional team … / тима …, MAX. Date may be 12.08 or 1208. Batch: team header lines (Тима Лучгие / Team Alpha) apply to the following compact rows. On the card the team is shown at the top with 🏋️.
